Julien RENOU

As an IT professional with nearly 20 years of experience, I design, manage and optimize complex digital solutions, from the scoping phase to production, to the withdrawal of service when necessary. I intervene with a global vision, covering technical, organizational and human aspects.

My professional career includes 9 years spent at Proxiad (ESN), followed by enriching experiences at SERVIER (pharmaceutical industry), at Enovea (software publishing), then at CERP Rouen – Astera Group (pharmaceutical distribution). I currently work at Matmut, a national reference in the insurance world, where I participate in the overhaul of claims management as a Designer, Tech Lead and Security Champion.

I use my technical skills and experience in project management to combine performance, technical reliability and team synergies. I pay particular attention to the coherence of information systems over time, to documentary quality, as well as to the support of stakeholders.

• Technical Expertise: Mastery of the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, web development (PHP, Drupal, Joomla, WordPress, and various JavaScript frameworks), and ERP interfacing (SAP, Biovia Notebook, IBM MVS, SharePoint, CRM Dynamics, etc.).
• Industry Experience: Experience in environments with high regulatory constraints, particularly in the finance (SOX) and pharmaceutical (GxP and GAMP5) sectors.
• Collaborative Platforms: Mastery of various collaborative and EDM platforms, including the Confluence suite and Office (SharePoint, Teams).

Always on the lookout, I regularly test new solutions on my personal environment (automation, AI, orchestration…) to maintain a high level of expertise.
